Birch Carroll Coyle has a new state office with help from PHI. In order to meet the client's deadlines, we’ve been working hard over the Christmas break to convert one of the Garden City cinemas' candy bars to office space for 8 staff. Even through the space literally slots below the tiered floor of the cinemas, you wouldn't know it. Working closely with Design and Beyond Architects, all the standard fixtures and amenities were installed with no compromise.
